Before her mother arrived, appellant tightly held her hands, went outside, and sharply stared at her. He threatened to kill her and her mother if she would tell her mother about the incident. He asked her to lie down on the bed, after which, he got on top of her and inserted his penis into her vagina. She got shocked and was unable to react when he undressed her and himself too.
